The programme also enables disadvantaged and low SES youth to reach their full potential through receiving a quality arts education relevant to their needs. In times of economic down turn Ovation has evolved into a place where youth come to learn, perform, play, socialise and connect.
In order to facilitate the programme Ovation has established partnerships with a range of organisations such as Rotary Club and corporate and community support. You can also make a difference to the lives of these young people by personally donating to Ovation’s Scholarship Fund. You can ensure a child can look forward to and enjoy a quality after school program as most other children do, as well as acquiring some useful life skills in the process.
Each scholarship is designed to be used for professional development.
If you are an applicant wanting to apply or a corporate entity or believe in the transformative power of the arts and wish to donate toward the program please contact Ovation on 0416011643 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Applications for our Rotary Club Scholarship for Performing Arts are now open until the 1st of July 2015. Ovation believes that poverty, social exclusion and disadvantage shouldn’t mean the end of personal goals and ambition, and is encouraging young people (aged 7-24) to ‘dare to dream’ by applying for the Rotary Scholarship for Performing Arts. The aim of this scholarship is to make the performing arts more accessible to low SES students and increase their opportunities to pursue a career in the performing arts and is available to support regional, remote and very remote communities and youth.
